International Delivery

 Karhu is an international brand and we ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands. On local holidays our warehouse is closed.

UK Delivery:

Karhu will cover the shipping cost of UK orders over £100. For orders that do not exceed £100, a cost is applied to the order for standard shipping.

A return label by Royal Mail is included in your shipment and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a £5.00 shipping fee per return will be charged. If you are missing the return label or need to make a second return, please email our Customer service department at customerserviceEU@karhu.com to provide you a new return label.
 
We accept returns of all items within 15 days of receiving the order with the right to full refund of the product minus a £5.00 shipping fee per return.

 

  

Finland Delivery:

Karhu will now be shipping orders to Finland using the carrier UPS.
